Request Reason: I had my hands up when they were coming in, to raid me and they said "motherfucker this is a raid" and just shot me while my hands were up. Did not initiate (which in this case, they did not have to as my hands were already up, they just straight up killed me) and then after i'm dead they say "That was for not opening the door" when I didn't even hear them speaking to open the door..? Either way they're in the wrong.
