Double server crash refund request.

Date and time of loss: 24th of October 2017, First crash/restart was at 11:00. Second at 11:30
What happened: Unannounced, the server crashed or restarted twice in quick succession. During the first, I was making LSD. After getting slightly annoyed at my loss, I started again. Only to have it shut down once more and losing my second lab.

How much do you need refunded: around 50-60k or the 2 sets of lab equipment and workbenches, cheers.
