Basically the same thing happened before but then I had a gun out and the guy still received a punishment
Additional members involved/witnessing: Robert Edgeworth and the person I was arresting
Read, understood and followed staff report rules?: Yes
I just want to mention, I don't want to see Doug demoted or anything but I simply disagree with how Doug handled this situation and the main reason for this is to get an outside perspective of the situation. And of course in the case that a rule was broken that person should be reprimanded and made aware that this isn't allowed and if a rule wasn't broken I'm glad I know that this is allowed. I think Doug is a fantastic staff member though, we just had a disagreement.
