Your Steam Name: REMOVE KEBAB
Your Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:124400188
Your Character Name: Trevor Werner

Which Admin blacklisted you: @Onami
What were you blacklisted from: Driving

Blacklist Reason: Too much vdm when I was driving badly
Time of Occurrence: 12/22/2017 1:02 PM
Relevant Evidence: I wouldn't be making this if I wasn't blacklisted
Additional members involved/witnessing: N/A

Ok so I was driving badly with my Volvo (the cheap shitty one for like 9k) and so my GMOD kept freezing for reasons unknown, and so an example of my bad driving is me crashing into raving, I tried to make a right turn and my GMOD froze then me being unable to move the car and it driving straight-forward into the ravine. And so when I tried to go down the hill near the taxi place a cop car pulled over a Lambo and so guess what; my GMOD freezes, me being unable to drive. It then resumes, my car is on fire and I get out and run away to the sidewalk. Onami catches me and brings me into a makeshift-sit and then says I was badly driving then unrelatingly brought up vdm counts for some reason then says I shouldn't be driving and blacklists me.

P.S. It's hell playing Monolith without a car. The map is very big and it takes forever to get somewhere by walking, I would maybe like the blacklist to be lowered a day or so, but if it gets denied, I can survive. I'll just play CSGO or go on my PS4 instead

Your GMOD freezing is not a reason for you to be driving badly. If you can't control your car, don't drive at all.

With that said, I spectated you for around 2 minutes, trying to find one single moment in which you weren't driving so terribly. You crashed into the ravine, laughed, then got your car back on the road, speeding away into the highway. You then proceeded to crash into 4 poles and stop signs, ending it all off with you ramming the cop and the pulled over car.

I brought up your VDM charges because they obviously apply here. You're known to put others' lives in danger with your driving, and this could've been another one of those cases. Had that cop and that driver not been inside their vehicles the moment you hit them, you would've also been charged with multiple counts of VDM.

This appeal will be denied. I hope you take the time off to evaluate whether or not you should be driving at all with the freezing being a constant issue.
