I assume you mean when we said in the sit that Berry was the one who cuffed you. They clearly saw him cuffing you when they pulled up. They re-searched you and saw that Berry was corrupt and didn't take your illegal items. You shouldn't have let Berry search you in the first place.

He wasn't being corrupt I said he was meant to specifically look at the hats that I'm essentially showing him and barry claims "he didn't do anything" in which they were going to at first let me go and take me to evidence locker as they had no evidence and as I was explaining to you OOC why he restrained me they all decided to use that information for IC purposes and arrested me for it.

I don't care that you didn't void the situation I care on the fact that you let them use that as an excuse to arrest me and called me an "idiot" while doing so which shows unprofessionalism as a staff member.

As a member of the community who made the report to ask for your service you volunteered for I expected the result to be better and that's why I made this report.

Addressing your first concern, which was the roleplay scenario - you gave consent to search your items, any illegal items found during that search is admissible evidence. Therefore, Berry should have arrested you, when he failed to do so, it was corruption. Furthermore, he uncuffed you again after other Officers took over. Unless Berry was given corruption permissions, he would have confiscated those items and arrested you as any "normal" Police Officer should. With that being said, I do not see any reason to void this situation as it concerns your items.

As for dubsmaster's conduct, it is entirely unacceptable for him to call you an "idiot" during your staff report, furthermore, this situation should have taken place on a roof outside of the normal proceedings of RP. Additionally, dubsmaster should not have let a player insult you multiple times without any intervention. I would like to apologize for the way you were treated in this situation, regardless of right or wrong, staff members should remain impartial and professional at all times.
