Been a hot minute since I've had to fill out one of these, but hear me out while I try to keep it simple, I don't expect to be unbanned right away even though it would be preferable. What I did was stupid obviously and I'm sure everyone knows that I know what I was doing was stupid and was bound to lead to a ban. 3.5~ Thousand hours of predominantly Monolith dedication is intense, majority of players know my name for various reasons and can spot my bald head from across the map. I didn't expect to get away with the rules I violated and heck there's even video evidence against me willfully committing the offences, in reality as a long time player of my standing I kind of wanted a break but was to pussy to just walk away for a couple months like its been now.

In terms of bans in general, this was a very smooth ban, quite simply I accepted my ban reason knowing full well what I had done to obtain it. Some may ask, why now do I choose to appeal the ban? months later... It is for that simple fact that I took responsibility for this ban, there was no point in fighting it even if I wanted too. As frustrating as the mono community can be sometimes and lead to anger being used in this way, I do genuinely enjoy the game mode, which is why I've stuck around since June 2017 and served as an SA. Many will know my RP style, I'm shit at PvP but can pull off passive RP that's genuinely passive (Put away the gun inside my house), which I what I believe this community needs more of and is what I have always brought to mono... plus plenty of cop maining.

The above is my unban reason, not because I deny the offences, I admit my actions were stupid, but because of myself as a player and what I believe to be the value I contribute to the community overall. I believe I have served enough time away to re-appreciate what it is I've been banned from playing. The timing is impeccable with the update of course but I'm sure some would enjoy seeing an original player back again.

I will be unbanning you for the following reason: I have confidence enough to hope that you won't minge and break rules once back on the server. Things will be getting more strict onto the server and as an ex-senior administrator, you should know there's a difference between having fun and ruining other people's roleplay. If your behavior starts to become unacceptable or you do something to hurt the community or other players then your next ban will be up to management where it would probably not end well.
