Both clips are taken out of context and do not show the entire scene from the start of the drama from where he got arrested for Evading, Veh. Assault and Reckless, will try to make a counter report at some point my tomorrow... The OOC chatter was in continuation from the start of the drama, however both clips provided are not showing entire conversation and exclude his responses, as you will find I play it all off in a In-Character manor.

Besides, both clips are cut short of the rest of the convo.

you said you were gonna report me and everything for a false reaon i said go ahead its most likly to get denied and all but you kept saying it and making threats about it and i told you to do it so i could show u the proof of it all not being a rule break and also for the videos they are 120 second videos but also the taking about reports was threw pm so bringing ooc things into in character is another form of metagaming but you wouldent stop telling me to fuck off and stuff for litterly standing in a building and vaping when there was no novapeing and i gladly accept a counter report

There was an active crime scene, your vape clouds were like smoke screens limiting our visibility inside making it easier for someone to come in and shoot the place up... Which actually ended up happening, you even caught a few bullets yourself.
