Evidence to support your claim:

I Was raiding a house undercover and there were people with guns swarming me and it was a bit confusing and i was thinking that everyone in the house had guns as thats what i saw so i was shooting and i killed Brandon McBride who was unarmed which i didn't know because as i said it was in the heat of the moment and i was being shot from like everywhere and i was expecting him to have a gun as everyone else in the house did. It was also night time and pretty hard to see whether he had a pistol or a rifle out

Iam gonna give this up to a higher up but for me these warning points are justified. as you can see from the video at the time spend of 0:43 you can clearly see that brandon is unarmed and you sprayed him down

like i said in my first reply iam gonna hand this to a member of the community managment yet i would also like to add is that you kept on saying that you "didnt care" which i also told you that it wasnt a good attitude to have

I kill 2 people that were armed and brandon Mcbride runs up to me while unarmed what do you expect me to do? I shoot him because he runs up to me and wouldnt that be FTVL from him as he's running up to me while unarmed
