Error textures on specific items (money/cash item and microwave)

A description of your technical issue: Error on the textures, i have tried re-downloading all mod content and im looking for the specific mod packs or things that might help in returning the textures on the pictures i provided. I have played on the previous maps and had no texture issues but i did delete the game some time ago.
Has it happened before?: No

Additionally, once you have the .zip downloaded, make sure to extract the folder called "css-content-gmodcontent" to your Garry's Mod addons folder, located in Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons. It's a big file so it may take a little time.

deleted all the addons, re installed the addons from the monolith workshop addons list that is the most up to date. still got the same errors
