Reason for Report: Metagaming breaking rule 1.17:

1. Private messages (!pm) are OOC and may not be used for any kind of IC communication. In return, iMessage may not be used for OOC communication.
   
   I told him multiple times that it was not allowed and that he should remove the sign and he responds with IDC and make a staff report.
   
   
   I also made a report ingame to have the sign removed and @yonmon told me he was doing nothing wrong even after I showed him the rule he was breaking.
