RDM/Corruption - Shot me for swinging a baton in the air without even hitting anyone.

Your evidence to support your claim:
I can screen share the video, I had to reset my PC because of a windows 10 corruption so I had to upload all my videos to youtube and its 1 hour long.
I have a screenshot of the death that proves he killed me however. The staff taking the report can DM me on discord and ask me to screen share the vid if needed.

There had been Multiple reports given to us in character, and just straight from OOC of the Benedetti cops minging and RDMing, specifically by batoning/tazing and swinging bodies around. When I and Leo Clark returned to the Police department, Simon Bendetti would begin attempting to baton Leo and I would yell "Don't hit him" and shoot Simon Benedetti in the face, killing and RDMing him completely, as someone who got a 4 day PD Blacklist for batoning what I considered a corrupt/minge detective, I felt the situation was serious and warranted action, and also using common sense they were obviously just two friends on the server looking to minge together. Simons friend would attempt to RDM me a minute later and then when they both respawned, would become a chief, break NLR, and falsely demote me. I will agree I committed RDM towards Simon, but will never have regrets cause I'm more than 100% certain from what we heard, that they woulda killed our ragdolled bodies.

Here is the following attempted RDM by his Minge Friend in another scenario where I was able to defend myself, as they are obviously bloodthirsty minges.

Here is myself being falsely demoted shortly after they respawn, and immediately when they switch to the chief, I had become a Detective in the hopes of avoiding being labeled as one of the two minge cops terrorizing the server, yet I am still a cop main and attempted to remain as a detective.

Not that I think any staff were on, such as why there were minging and rdming, but if you're wondering why I didn't call a sit at any time, you obviously haven't had enough of them.

You literally threaten and aim your rifle at another officer while yall are using some form of third-party communication.

4. Got anything else you wanna lie about or twist before it's wrapped up? I didn't say I didn't rdm you, Id do it again, and 100x more if I saw an officer who was known for rdming and minging on the server going to attack and possibly to kill my friend and fellow officer, while I broke a rule and expect punishment as I am quite familiar with rules, I will never hold regrets to my actions.

It was not just you messing around with your friend, you're more than welcome to keep twisting and blatantly lying, as yall had been continuously minging throughout the day, and I bet the previous hour of footage you have would incriminate you beyond belief, but as I know you're definitely not gonna provide that or cut it down to the bare minimum like the rest.

And yeah dude, if I take a gun and shoot at you and happen to miss every shot, I'll just tell the police I was shooting the air according to your logic.

While Id personally disagree I like shooting people for nothing, if you really think that's true it's crazy how we're not all best friends then.

Its really interesting how you cut out me saying not to hit someone in the screenshot and left out you swung your baton at another officer, or that you aimed and threatened a rifle at another, and that you were "messing" around, and especially how you literally state your actions were within serious police RP at the time and that was quickly disproved, gosh man I don't know its almost....just almost like you might be lying and attempting to warp everything to the best of your abilities like you're some kind of server minge, but I'm sure that's all speculation, not like I've shown any evidence showing otherwise I guess.

You know you keep saying i did a lot of things but fail to show I did anything other than get shot in the back of the head. In fact, that was the first time I saw you the entire day. It worries me to see you don’t see what you did wrong here. You shot a higher commanding officer in the head for swinging a baton in the air. (Mind you the baton didn’t even hit anyone)

Again just because you missed in attacking a SWAT member of PD, doesn't mean you did nothing, but at this point it's beginning to run in circles or it appears that way to me, and there's not much else to state on my end I believe.

After further review,

@Evilassassin will receive 1 WP and 1 PD severity point for RDM, had no right on killing you, an officer shouldn't even be shooting another officer in the first place.

I can see why @Evilassassin engaged, but it did not need to become lethal this could have been handled in another way.
