Request Reason: The Video shows everything needed, but for Contexts such as PMs or information not shown, what occurred was a police raid at me and my friend's warehouse, I did attempt to stab one of the officers with a machete but would end up completely missing doing no damage and they would light me up to 5 hp and I would end up running down the street and hiding as the raid went on, I would then come back and it was still somewhat ongoing and was placed in custody and in the captain's car by swat during the raid, and would then be released, after being released which is where the video starts off and shows everything, I talk to the captain about getting a boot removed from my vehicle that was placed during the raid, as my vehicle wasn't used or illegally used/parked in any way I asked him to remove it which for some bug he was unable to. Then me and the captain exit the warehouse and there is an ongoing argument between Samuel Keem and Lt. Gibbons about how sam had locked the gate while police were still in and out of the base, Lt. Gibbons would proceed to raise his rifle and fearing escalation i step back and place my hands up, and this would lead to my arrest and supposed involvement according to Lt. Gibbons, I felt the arrest wasn't valid, not just an incorrect misunderstanding but more like a false reason or something I didn't do but would personally feel it was borderline if not straight Random Arrest. During the Arrest I would attempt to contact the captain to stop what I felt was a corrupt and false arrest, obviously, if it wasn't false or corrupt, already breaking RP, I would feel my actions were metagaming but did not do to the special circumstances yet am fully aware that you cant do such actions while handcuffed, never the less I feel Lt. Gibbons was extremely agitated by Samuel Keem or has some personal problem with him as he seemed intent on punishing me for my association alone and while I received a "generous" 15 minutes for doing nothing, Samuel would receive nearly 30 minutes in jail for closing a gate. I do have a video of anything not shown and if felt necessary can provide it happily please just ask.

You were basing with Samuel. As my tow truck was still attempting to secure a vehicle on scene, Samuel shut and locked the door which result in the Captain being locked inside the property and the tow truck being stuck with a vehicle hooked on to it halfway-in/out of the gate as that video shows.

I ordered Samuel to open the gate multiple times. He refused at which time the video shows SWAT battering ram the gate open. You were both subsequently arrested. You were charged with "Aiding and Abetting - Kidnapping // Obstruction of a LEO" and given 15 minutes.

I don't see anything wrong here.

That's Extremely Sad you see nothing wrong, Could you please tell me exactly what I did in my actions that were Illegal to Monolith Law or I'll even take IRL Law, was it putting my hands up and complying, or the fact that I lived with my friend? How Exactly was it an Assist in Kidnapping as no one had been abducted against their will, Can you reference a trial or situation where anything like this occurred ever, or does everyone else in the world just possess more common sense than you?

I just can't genuinely believe you think this is okay, there was literally nothing Illegal, A-Moral, or even unusual in my actions as I were well within my rights to live with a friend and walk to my front door, I took no action against you, another civilian, or the police and government, you are extremely stretching charges of kidnapping as no one except the "Kidnapped" possessed a weapon, A Class 3 to unarmed people I might add, as well as he went into the base willingly, and with only minor delay was able to leave with no person threateningly preventing him from doing so, you obviously possess no care or thought for rules and laws and wouldn't even allow a discussion with high command because you know it would result in our release, and I can't imagine what other arrests by you look like if this is what you put in people for, as at this point It wouldn't surprise me if you had some form of malicious intent and are just doing your best to cover it up.

i Don't even know why i was charged With Kidnapping when i did not even kidnap the cop on the purpose i was not even holding him against his Will i closed the gate and the cop just pops out of no where it was not even intentional i was going to open the door until you broke it open

After re-reviewing the situation and evaluating the arrest, I understand where you come from, and I apologize you got mixed up in the situation. You should not have been arrested with Samuel.

Your arrest was completely justified. You did not open the door after multiple lawful orders from me forcing me to call the SWAT officer to breach the gate open. You were standing at the gate the entire time and could have opened it so no, you had no intention of opening the gate. Your arrest is completely justified in my eyes.

After reviewing this player report and the video evidence provided, I have concluded the following:

Issue	Description
Misunderstanding	Based from my initial reaction from reviewing the video evidence, it was evidently clear that @Larry Gibbons may had not been aware that the Captain did exonerate @Evilassassin. For the situation that had taken place, Larry should had consulted with the Captain first before processing Evilassassin into jail - as requested by Evilassassin.
Same treatment	Evilassassin was convicted of the same crime and punishment as his friend, which does not make sense to me. Before convicting someone of a crime, you should have concrete evidence that they did commit a crime. The solution to this situation would be to talk to the Captain, as he was already on scene (on the property). As there does seem to be a roleplay issue here, Larry should had got a statement from the Captain. Not to mention, the Captain did exonerate Evilassassin of that situation.
Solution	In future @Larry Gibbons, if someone in your custody is requesting to speak to your superior if it is a genuine request, then you shouldn't refuse to do that. Furthermore, when convicting someone of a crime, you do need to ensure that you are at least (80%-100%) certain that the person(s) that you are arresting are guilty of a crime. If you are uncertain that they did commit a crime, then bring them into questioning in the interrogation room to get a statement/confession.

The reported player will be receiving a cautionary verbal warning, be more careful next time.
