Reason for Report: Just recklessly drives across the road, slams into a wall, deletes his car with staff powers (that would have been deleted if he actually owned the car when he changed jobs, but I'm willing to bet he just spawns in cars at any time for his personal use) and then punches me and walks away to change jobs(also making it impossible to like call cops for assault and actually RP). Obviously a model person of the server who is meant to enforce and understand the rules.

Edit: I found another spawned car blocking PD garage, unlocked and left running with no plates, I obviously message Jacub because who else, and as soon as I did he deleted it and I would end up talking with him in OOC. I was not recording at the time

I know this will be sweeped and you've got a million excuses, but at least its out there if you keep it up, just pisses me off how anyone else would get in trouble.

Its not that youre driving them, its that you're abusing your powers to have spawned in 2 vehicles now, 1 you just left blocking pd garage, which I would strike you for if ya know, it had a license plate to come back to you

The black SUV seen in the 2nd screenshot would've been my vehicle when I was a Police Lieutenant earlier, I've made the mistake and forgot to remove the vehicle, I will own up to my mistake and will ensure in the future to not leave staff spawned vehicles in the game.

Youre in no way involved, I have nothing against swat or police using like their state trooper cars or the special swat vehicles as i feel they should be allowed but arent just due to server limitations of it not being IRL. spawning and deleting cars in plain view just for easiar mobility from your staff powers and major corruption from this staff detective is the main focus.

And yes I do think the fact this person is staff is extremely important, afterall theyre meant to be the role-models and rule enforcers of the server, hes not even a small one, hes a godamn admin

I mentioned the Omni you had spawned in and you denied that you had. but again, not the main focus, just a part of it, one of the many parts now...from wreckless driving corruption, to assault corruption, to just being in general corrupt by blocking garage with your car you left running, not even mentioning your habits to spawn and delete cars on the fly

I do sadly have a life I must go attend to, I will not be able to keep up this instant reply messaging and would instead now ask unless there is anything else you wanna state, I request a higher up to begin review.

I never denied the fact that I had the omni, or that I spawned the omni. You stated that I spawned it to become a detective, which as mentioned before is false.

I went on duty as a detective, spawned the omni. Realised my inventory was full, due to this. Some of the police issued items were missing, I went to a premium locker to deposit some items. Also dropped some other ones, went back to PD. Despawned the vehicle as it was no longer in use, and proceeded to quit my job. During my interaction with you, as also mentioned before. I was waiting for the delay to expire so that I could go back on duty.

Unless you have something new to add, I will not futher respond to this thread. You are simply bringing the same stuff up repeatedly. Which I already have responded to.

My apologies for that statement as at the time I had no way of knowing you were a corrupt detective. Yet I still believe you were aware that I was not asking you about your occupation at the time, but more so that I was asking about the car you had spawned. Also I find it interesting you couldn't just walk like a normal person, or get a car out of the PD garage that would be 10 feet from where you spawned as a detective, its not like you didn't have options, you just chose the selfish one without any regards to the RP of the server. Also it doesn't explain why there was a second car spawned by you that you left in PD garage, which would make you 5 feet away from spawning a vehicle, you were so close, yet apparently too far. Really if you experienced a server bug like that you should have dealt with it out of character so you wouldn't need to make excuses now

Hello @Evilassassin,

Thank you for your report, I would like to address the concerns in your report to the fullest extent possible.

First off, staff members are allowed (with certain exceptions) to spawn in vehicles to use within role-play, however, they are not to be used for personal needs. Provided Jacub was using this for Police Detective (which qualifies as an "Emergency" vehicle) he is okay to spawn and use that as a Detective. Administrators are advised to remove their vehicle when they will not be actively used, as they do not have valid license plates and if stolen, would make it difficult to track and recover (will not show up on GPS, and taking up server resources when spawned.) Secondly, I appreciate your desire to keep our staff members liable for their actions, however, I do not see any misuse of power by Jacub. My only nit-noid criticism of his actions, would be deleting the vehicle in the public parking lot, it is more ideal, as far as RP is concerned, to enter the Police parking garage and delete it there.

As for the second vehicle, I do believe that Jet stated that was his, to which I will not be considering that as part of this report.

As such, this staff report will be denied.
