Exp Glitch

My character exp looks like it is at 100% ( as it has for the past few days ) yet I hardly ever level up. I haven't been able to level up in game for the past few days , but up until yesterday whenever I joined the server for the first time that day I'd gain a level. Now im not leveling up at all , except for Job Exp

Would you be able to share a screenshot of what it looks like?

Its a visual bug. you are still gaining your EXP but it will not show. Just restart your game it should fix it.

Its normal. Reconnecting helps me to fix it. You still level up. Just ignor it will be fixed soon
