I'm mainly looking to see if I'm capable of getting my record expunged after this arrest. As I believe it was a falsified arrest, which was agreed upon by Police Chief Steve Campagana.

During this situation to note, my mic was messing up and I thought people were responding to what I said, but I basically went explaining what happened and if they'd look at evidence first. Seemingly I only figured it out during the review period with the Chief.

Clip explanation - Initially you can see the scene of what occurred and the officers going for the arrest. Then you can hear an audio clip at the end of the Chief reviewing the case in Discord Monolith RP #1.

Hi I was the person who was "ran over". I was simply pinched by the car so yes the arrest was false. The whole thing should've been voided.

Unfortunately we cant really "remove" records from the database, unless you still want to report the officer who arrested you (if it hasn't been already handled by the chief himself.) - though if you do really care about this situation, you can contact PMX for the removal of your police records.

Yeah so I came around the corner and I'm sat in the red light. I see in a distance the Ambulance. But yeah I sit there for a bit all I can really see is the ambulance standing there. Then suddenly he runs a guy over so I arrest him. On my way to arrest him captains tells me to put him in for 6 minutes for it so I did.

From my POV I could not really see the stabbing or anything else that happened so I understand I maybe should of investigated it a bit more. You have to understand from where I was standing and when I appeared It looked like murder and there was several people standing there saying he just murdered him no one said he did it in self defence. And they suspect did not say anything and clearly because his mic wasn't working. Now I thought he just accepted faith or something so I didn't really think much about it.

After further review, and from the officers standpoint view, i see nothing wrong with the arrest issued. Even if you did Prove context to the other officer (that he did machete a person), its still second degree murder, if you see a crime you should always report it to the police not handle it yourself.
