Dear @Nub and @Krakentelevision,

Following a review of the provided video evidence, I have deemed there is insufficient evidence to determine whether the reported user is driving the vehicle. Furthermore, I will note the driving of the user in the vehicle is not appropriate but the extent to which it is defined as "Fail Driving" could be considered. @Krakentelevision if this is you driving the vehicle, I do not see realistic driving and you can be vehicle blacklisted. Please see the definition below.

Fail Driving (under terminology)
The process of having no regard for any roleplay when in a vehicle, be it slamming into most if not all objects purposely. Failure to comply with this will result in punishments of FailRP. This is different from in-character reckless driving which is not prohibited by our rules.
