I talked to an admin about this. We went to the prison to talk to him about a out of RP purchase for premium, and when right before he got released he went 3 2 1 and when he said 1 i started cuffing him and when he got tped away he was cuffed, so I went over to find him and uncuff him, and he told me that you were arresting him for trying to steal a cop car, so I ran up and uncuffed him. * I forget which staff, but I was warned for trying to go to the prison to sell premium*

@Kakashi Hatake if you are referring on the sit you had on top of PD prison, that was me.
Now regarding this situation here, it is very clear that you un handcuffed a civilian as an officer was dealing with him, I consider this as "Fail rp" as you should have spoken to the officer if you believed he should have not been handcuffed.

Due to this, I will be issuing you with 2 wp for fail rp, please make sure you try and rp with other players, instead of just uncuffing them.
