Removal Reason: I feel like I acted in an appropriate manner when batoning this Sargeant that had shot an unarmed civilian and discharged their firearm in public. Yes, I could have called a Chief but I felt like what the Sargeant did wasn't fireable as no one was dead or seriously injured, instead I knocked them unconscious to prevent them from discharging their firearm again. If they had killed a civilian then I would call the Chief but the civilian that was shot did not want to make a report so that's why I decided to do what I did. (Knocking the Sargeant unconscious).
Arroyo has a video of the situation and if needed I can provide the video if necessary.

Seeing as the police officer was shooting randomly in a crowded area without any threat present, I agree that a good course of action as a member of the police department was to baton the police to get them to stop because they could have put harm to the civilians in the area. However, you failed to do anything following up on the situation like contact the Police chief about the situation or contact an admin for FailRP (Seeing as a cop wouldn't really take out their gun randomly to shoot a chair). With that being said I will Approve this request and reduced it to a Verbal Warning.

However, In the future please contact a staff member if FailRP was broken, or the Police Chief to handed it in-game if there is an issue with a police member. In your request, it is a more than appropriate offense for a police member to be fired for randomly discharging their weapon.

Additional punishment for the Other Police Officer was given due to evidence and other additional evidence provided.
