Your evidence to support your claim: I went to go tow a unmarked car parked in the grass with no lights or sirens or anything, when getting out the towtruck aleski was making weird noises and told me to leave which I did for a bit but i ran back to finish my job. He then pulled a gun out and threatened to shoot me which i then told him im unarmed and he cant do that then he proceeded too shoot me. I then got in the towtruck attempting to leave which then he proceeded to try to spike strip me and then blew up the towtruck as I was leaving. He then proceeded to Arrest me and give me a 2k ticket after blowing up my towtruck.

First time he shot me I was obviously no threat to anyones lives as im outside my vehicle and unarmed.

1. Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort, unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action.
2. You may not harm a Tow Truck Driver for towing or impounding you, your friend's or organization/party member's vehicle. In addition, you may not harm a Tow Truck Driver for previously towing or impounding you, your friend's or organization/party member's vehicle.
3. You must abide by realistic roleplay measures. If something you are doing is illogical in a real life situation, then you can’t do it on the server.
4. Law Enforcement may only use deadly force when the situation requires the protection of themselves or others.
5. Law Enforcement can not use lethal force when in pursuit of a fleeing suspect unless your own or civilian lives are in imminent danger or all other attempts to stop the suspect have failed. You must be able to justify your actions if asked by a member of staff.

There's a lot more footage that you have cut out, I had already arrested you previously for failure to comply and failure to present ID to which you responded by harassing's me in a tow truck, stuff weren't present to help me with you so I had to fire upon you, which you didn't die and were later arrested. Attacking wasn't my first resort but when aske multiple times to leave and given every chance to just leave you still persisted. you were attempting to take a car which was at a scene and told multiple times to just leave, you failed to leave which resulted in me handling you as a threat because of earlier incidents. theres a saying, play stupid games win stupid prizes or something like that.

Dear @Jordan Vercetti (reporter) and @Bancho (reported),

After carefully reviewing the report, logs, and user histories, a conclusive decision has been reached. In essence, I concur with the reasons provided in the Report Request as I find Aleski's actions to be inappropriate, given that they opted to shoot JORDN despite the existence of alternative options in the given scenario. While I acknowledge that there were prior interactions where lethal action was justified, I believe this particular instance does not warrant such an approach.

It is important to note, however, that as per the Monolith Law book, the vehicle shown in the video could be considered obstructing the back door of the property. Despite being a police vehicle, the absence of emergency lights and a lack of an active situation that justifies its positioning could be seen as a violation of traffic laws. Consequently, JORDN's decision to tow the vehicle can be regarded as reasonable in this context.

Additional Note(s):

1. Aleski's verbal conduct and commentary were unbecoming and not appropriate for a member of the Police Faction.
2. There is a clear unauthorized use of force, even when other viable options were available.
3. While JORDN's failure to leave the area could be seen as a potential violation of Law 1-13, the legality of the order given to them is questionable. Removable of the ticket will not be provided.

Due to the violations of the server rules listed below, @Bancho (Aleski) will receive 2 warning points and face a 12-hour police faction blacklist:

• 2.2.4 - Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort, unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action.
• 2.2.11 - You may not harm a Tow Truck Driver for towing or impounding you, your friend's or organization/party member's vehicle. In addition, you may not harm a Tow Truck Driver for previously towing or impounding you, your friend's or organization/party member's vehicle.
• 2.2.18 - You may not harm or attack a public PassiveRP situation, unless it endangers your life, or you have IC or OOC knowledge of illegal activity being conducted by the participants. These situations include, and are not limited to: public player owned stores (open for business), car rallies, carnivals and markets.
• 2.6.1 - You must abide by realistic roleplay measures. If something you are doing is illogical in a real life situation, then you can’t do it on the server.
• 5.1.1 - You must abide by traffic laws regardless of your position. During emergency situations, you may bypass traffic laws when required, only when utilizing either emergency lighting or sirens. You must still drive in a safe manner.
• 5.2.1.1 - Law Enforcement may only use deadly force when the situation requires the protection of themselves or others. For example, if a person is threatening your life, you may use your weapon in self-defense.
• 5.2.1.3 - Law Enforcement may not harm any other government officials - like the Mayor - but if roleplayed well, they can work with others to bring them down.
