What happened: Rp'ing and this guy who has a past of minge, decided to non stop ram my BMW, once i got out to confront him he didn't stop to talk, so i pulled a gun on him, he drove off, seconds later turning around to CDM me.

How much do you need refunded: Mac 10 (uzi)
Evidence: @White Blood told me to make one, he was the moderator who banned him (White was told if he minged again before this incident to ban him for a month and thats what he did)

I was the one who 'cdmed' you. I was unbanned because the situation was deemed valid, as you pulled a gun on me when I was a fair distance away and I was easily able to get away from you, which didn't put me under fear RP. You then had your back turned for a moment which I noticed while driving off, so I looped back around a few seconds after when your back was turned and ran you over. I was banned because I accidentally killed an uninvolved police officer in the situation, not because I ran you over. I was fully in the right to run you over, and I don't think a refund is valid in this situation, as you took a risk confronting me and ended up getting killed because of it.

I don't have a 'past of minge', for like a day when I first joined I didn't play the server seriously which got on me on a watchlist, I now help run one of the largest organizations on the server, definitely not a minge.

You took a risk confronting me and threatening me with a weapon after I accidentally hit your BMW, and you paid the price.

Likewise, I didn't really break FearRP in coming back to run you over, as I spotted the opportunity to drive at you from a blind spot and was accelerating at least 70mph when I hit you, and myself and two friends nearby had weapons as well, so I had no real reason to be scared of retaliating against you when you threatened my life and shot at my personal property when I drove off.

I'm also the owner of a large cartel in-game with lots of guns and manpower, so roleplay-wise, it's not in my mentality at all to let some kid shoot at my car and threaten me and then /not/ kill him when I see a clear chance. I didn't break VDM rules either, I had RP reason to run you over.

Im almost positive that absolutely no case of purposful CDM is allowed, but I could be wrong. I do know though that when I had stopped, You ran into my car, and then again, and then again, and then again.. You then got out of YOUR car and continued to punch mine 3 times. You got back in your car at which point I hopped out and pulled a gun on you, on the drivers side window as you continued to ram my car a few more times. As I shot you 3 times you backed up to the fisherman. You then turned around while I was still out of my vehicle and ran me over, causing me to drop my Mac 10. Not only did you CDM me, but you continued to drive and kill a police officer a good distance back. I made a report and then had White tp to me. As he tp'd you admitted to CDM'ing me and the police officer over. White told me that you had been reported many times before for the same reason, and banned you for 1 month and 10 days, if i remember correctly.
In RP aspect, even though you have a "lot of guns and manpower - mentality at all to let some kid shoot at my car and threaten me" you have to follow RP rules. Not only did I myself have a gun on you, but my friend who was with me had one pointed at you from his BMW, next to mine. 2 armed muggers over an alone person minging a car, I think we are the ones in power, at least in this situation.

Wrong, it's allowed with proper RP reason, read the rules.

Complete accident, which is why I was unbanned, and that isn't at all relevant to your refund request. This is about you losing your gun because I ran you over with proper RP reasoning, not my ban which was lifted.

I was a sizable distance away from you, and this is proven by how easily I was able to escape without my car even being hit by your bullets.

I suggest you deserve the ban of which you deserve and read the rules..

I didn't break FearRP because my car accelerates fast and I was easily able to escape without getting hit. You weren't at my window pointing the gun at me. You keep bringing up CDM of a cop which is irrelevant to this appeal and was a complete accident which I already remedied. I had the chance to drive off, which I did, but I saw you had your back turned, so instead of going up on the ridge with my rifle and killing you, I decided to just run you over instead, and it worked.

I'm entitled and not disallowed to state my opinion on this because I think it's completely false. You threatened me and shot at my expensive car so I turned around and ran you over. Without evidence to disprove this, and even admitting to it being true, you should know yourself this isn't a valid request bud.

I probably didn't notice because I had heavy kevlar on and was going to get out and shoot you if I missed you when I tried to run you over, so either way you would have died in this situation.

I don't at all recall getting hit by your bullets though, as I never left my car in the entire situation.

Cool man, completely irrelevant to the fact that you tried to shoot my car up, failed because your aim is shit, and I ran you over or otherwise would have just gone up on the ridge and shot you from there. No argument really here, the situation had RP reasoning and you died from your actions.

My RP reason was you shot at my car and I noticed your aim was shit and I had a good chance of killing you if I tried, so I looped around and ran over you, and suceeded. Your back was turned as well when I hit you. I just didn't wanna waste my bullets so I decided to be more economical and run you over.
