I want to note that on your unban request that you said "I left because I feared for my life"... but you turned back around and ran me over, and another cop. ALSO you stated that you were "not argumentative and totally compliant". Im going to say this is false because you argued back at me and also at white. You yelled at me a few times, saying "I RAN YOU OVER BECAUSE YOU SHOT AT MY CAR". you didn't really talk much unless it was to say that im wrong and whatnot.

This is just ignorant at this point. you cant cdm someone simply because i shot your car. I told you to get out which you failed to do and took off. In a real life situation, you would have gotten out unless you are one real bad-ass with bullet proof glass and armored doors. but, you dont because i was able to shoot you and I know i did because there was blood splatter.

Your CDM reason doesn't make sense at all. if you truely feared for your life, you would have drove as fast and far away from me as possible, IF you had the CORRECT TIME AND REASON to do so. It is not proper time to do that if i have a mac 10, a rifle pointed at you and your car. You obey orders. for that is why i keep saying you broked fear and fail rp

It's not like you were using an AK, you were using a MAC10 that fires 9mm and realistically wouldn't be able to tear my car up. I was 10 ft away when you aimed at me, and I was easily able to accelerate away and bank the curve to get out of your line of sight.

I feared for my life that you would try and kill me later on, not in that moment. If I feared for my life in that moment, I would have just taken off and not run you over, but I didn't because you had a shit gun and had shown inaccuracy, and I felt confident I could kill you, so I did.

Mac 10 isn't a rifle, it's a shitty inaccurate machine pistol that is known to jam and not be reliable at all IRL. I saw the opportunity to kill a threat to my life and wealth so I did, end of story.

I mean that's fine I guess, I'm just saying you tried to kill me and no matter what excuses you make about FearRP or anything, I felt no risk turning around and running you over, and I didn't die or get further injured from doing it, so clearly my thoughts were correct. I'm not trying to work out anything, just giving a reasonable opinion on the topic. You are the one bringing up my ban and irrelevant information that doesn't relate at all to this refund request.

I'm not previously known for these actions, I fucked around for a day and got put on a watchlist, you don't know what your talking about and personally insulting me or trying to use my previous bans to invalidate what I've been saying in this thread is pretty immature and shows how childish you are. I am fully apart of this refund request, I was the one who killed you.

The whole situation was a misunderstanding. I told DLTracktix to make a refund request because he indeed was CMDed, end of story.
