Request Reason: I arrested guy who stoled machete from a guy i put him under gunpoint and he did not dropped it. Also he still FailRPed by yelling he will report it to staff and things like that. (On the end of video he did not disconeccted he just did /unstuck)

This before he stole i dont have video of him stole it i have only videos of him resisting to get the machete off under gunpoint and failing rp of telling bout staff reports.. also i would like to ask if you cant see that in logs i killed one gun who was going on me with machete and he stoled it r8 away from him..

First of all, as you will know, you killed my friend with absolutely no reason to do so, you simply heard him equip a machete, which he immediately put away, and walked into bank, you responded by killing him when he posed absolutely no threat to your life in that moment, This is supported by your own video.

Secondly, I later spoke to you in OOC, informing you that I would not be dropping the machete due to the fact I have not committed a crime with it and it is a perfectly legal weapon for me to be in possession of, you then lead me to a room, in which you also broke character, and even went as far as to say "I'm going to handcuff you and leave you here all night, enjoy the 3 hour ban faggot", Which conveniently isn't in this video, eventually you decided to arrest me.

During this time you also fail tazed and baton'd me several times, which will be evident in the staff's net logs, You continuously told me to drop the item WHILST I WAS HANDCUFFED, and When I was not in cuffs, you did not provide me with enough time to drop the item, you would say, "Drop the item, you have 5 seconds" and then count from 5 to 1 in the space of 2 seconds, I even said I would drop it, but you responded by saying "I Don't Care Anymore" and continuing to abuse your tazer and baton.

After me saying several times I would drop it, you continued to immaturely swear at me, call me names, and eventually got really sad and arrested me for 20 minutes, I may have been in the wrong breaking fearrp, But you have broken a vaster amount of rules, and have attempted to lie and twist the situation to your will.

We got call on bank raid and there was also rigged alarm, i was responding until someone got in equiping machete so i killed him as self defence as there was bank raid. Then you ran to the body and immidiaetly took it, as i said there was bank raid so i cuffed you and searched you then you started shouting "I am calling the staff, you cant do thet, i will report you" and things like that. Then i got you in processing room for you to drop the weapon you stealed from the guy i wanted only the one because you stole only one of the machete you had. You resisted so i gave you 5 seconds to do it i counted that you did not did anything so i proceed to tase you. Then i found out that is not leading anywhere so i got to arrest you, you did not said anything about dropping the weapon (well i did not heard anything like that sorry if you did) so i proceed to arrest you and all you said was "If its going to be above 10 minutes i will report you to the staff". EDIT: Also that unarmed gentelmen i heard him equiping weapon and detective said in raido i got someone behind me with machete i had to act of killing him of the fact there was bank raid.

There are only 2 objections I have in that paragraph, You asked me to drop the machete over a period of 20 MINUTES, in which you continuously tazed me, batoned me and handcuffed me, and counted from 5, but in 2 second periods... I counted 8 Times, in which you told me to drop the machete, I entered my inventory, and you tazed me after 2 seconds, not 5...

Also, you can see at 0:20 In your own video, My friend Kai, is behind you, completely un-armed walks through the metal detector with nothing in his hands, and you just spray him down with your weapon, he was not a threat to you at all

I always gave you warning and i counted 5 seconds. you did not did anything like look in inventory or things so i tased you. Also i heard him pulling out the machete and there was the bank raid as i alerady said. And if i know any kind of weapons are not allowed in bank that was kinda counter there was bank raid and your friend pulled out machete.. Also why would i spray random guy who walks in bank. If i would know he is unarmed i would just put him in custidy and searched him.
