Request reason: So, I was up near suburbs checking out the general area since I had gotten some reports that people were ditching cars and leaving them to rust in the middle of the street, I had ticketed 2 other people prior to this incident and drove up the hill to the back exit of suburbs, I found a White Audi TT (I believe) in the back just sitting there, I was going to pull over and ticket him and call a tow-truck but there appeared to be a driver so I said "Sir, You can't be parking here, keep driving" He then proceeded to continue moving which I had zero issue with, He was on the wrong side of the road but lag happens so I excused it and let him off with a verbal and hopped back in my Police Vehicle, I then saw him go off road and swerve very badly so I put on my sirens and lights and he fled from my car which I have no problem with, He then swerved off to the side loosing control and ramming into a tree *Which I also did and my speech became drunken whilst this happened* I then saw the man jump out of the car off into the ravine failing to value his own life, I searched the ravine in the hopes of RP and saw him at the other exit *Near the red-warehouse* I found out that the man who was in the sit (Red-Jacket) was the same man who had jumped out of the car, Since he was in a admin situation for something else I had to let him go, I then asked Dipski "Hey, Yo, Let me speak to you privately over here" and then explained to him the situation, He said "Make a player report with evidence" so here I am.
When did the situation occur?: sometime before 5:16PM Pacific Timezone
Your evidence to support your claim: (Click here!), I ask that you not judge my speech as I really need to fix my headphones, I hear a constant echo of my own voice and it causes me to stutter over what I'm saying.
(Mind you, I checked his car and made sure he was the right person before creating this report.)
