What happened Is Manny and I did a hostage situation, When the police received the hostage they decided to leave we had one cop chase us a Pine county Deputy who we ended up killing. Nik started renting Evo lane 2. Manny and I went to the casino parking garage he got his car out and I stood watched (My video starts) we then drive to the house Nik started renting out ensuring we were not being followed as you can see I check before I put the car away. Credence later pulls up 3 minutes later to the house that Nik owns so far has not been related to the hostage situation other than hiding us in the house credence unlocks the door rushes into the house Manny puts his hands up and then is shot I peak down the stairs and am killed. Credence used the keys off the base to raid the house. I asked Thy "Another question are Police allowed to unlock your house and raid you if they have keys?" "

Crediance had no proof so I believe this was an invalid raid.

Hello yes these guys were code red for shooting me and taking a hostage. I messaged nik if he knew where they were and he told me in imessage that they were basing with him at his place so that gave me enough reason to check it out.

When I asked Nik he said "No I didn't tell him, Why would I do that I think he just assumed when I was there manny was probably going to be"

Apologies for the wait, I forgot I had a standing report for review and I'm currently on a leave of absence (loa).

After review of the evidence and statement provided, if true, as criminal activity was conducted on-site of the property in which the reported party was law enforcement and was engaged by other individuals creating further reactions, therefore, meaning no rules were being violated as the reported party was acting in self-defence and upholding the law as a law enforcement officer.
