Request reason: As shown in the video they thought they were mugging me in front of townhall and proceeded to chase me down and kill me for not giving them any money.

This is a very weird situation as they are forcing people to give them money, or donations per say. Considering they broke many rules, some ranging from RDM to breaking Mugging Cooldown to mugging in a public place/in front of an NPC, they will be punished.

The main antagonist here is Vincent Luciano, he will be banned for 5 days, on multiple counts, he has broke the following rules..

• Mugging in front of NPC x2
• RDM x2
• Breaking Mug Timer
