In this report, in the last 10 seconds of the video, I am being arrested and right before I get TPd to jail, I was in the process of saying "fucking dumb as a brick" and instead get cut off at "fucking dumb". I find it outrageous that this report was even accepted because you can't even hear what I was saying next. I would not have used racism and was instead attempting to call the officer a "dumb brick". I would elaborate more on this but its pretty self explanatory. I talked to @Yeffrey about this.

I played the video at least ten times and every time I played it sounded like you were saying the N word at the end of it. If you weren't then I'm sorry that I accepted the report and for any miscommunication. But, to me personally, it sounded clear enough that I could make out the N word being said. I think the warning point hasn't been given yet and if it has (and the video is deemed as being inconclusive) then it will be removed. Sorry bud for any miscommunication and stuff!
