Reason for Report: Falsely banned me for Fear RP and RDM of a cop
Time of Occurrence: 27-9-2017
Evidence to support your claim: I didnt kill anyone that day, and i didnt get mugged or anything. Admin didnt take me to sit or Informed me about me breaking 'Fear RP' and 'RDMIng a cop', he instantly banned me.I was basing most of that day with my friends and they can confirm that i didnt get taken hostage or mugged.

I was banned for one day, for Fear RP and RDMing a cop, atleast the ban message that i got when trying to join said that,and i did get banned without a sit or any sign of me doing something wrong

The reason you didn't get a sit is probably because you weren't online at the time being.
The reason you got banned is because of the story of the cop, the logs and I can recall there was a video but I'm not that sure.

Let me tell you my side then, i got pulled over for having a smoking car, i tried to rp it out with: my engine is overheated because of my black bonnet. He kept saying 'you re failing rp' for trying to rp it out, then he asks for my license and it didnt show up in the database because i had a fake license, so he asked me 'do you have a fake license or is it expired' i said 'its expired, do you want me to refresh it now' and he said 'yes we will go do that' so i hopped into my car and then he points a gun at me saying get out the car. I didnt because i thought i could go and refresh it, then he says 'you are failing rp multiple times over mic' if i were him i wouldve done /me breaks window and drags the suspect out of the car instead of screaming 'youre failing rp'. Some guy drove by us and he saw that i was getting pulled over so he pulled out his deagle and said to the cop 'drop the gun now' and the cop doesnt, the cop then proceeds to turn around with the gun still in his hands so the mugger shot him, if you can see the logs it doesnt say i killed him because thats pretty hard without a gun.

I don't understand why you still fight this, especially now you're unbanned. You're trying to get me demoted by lying? Pathetic.

Logs can be checked by higherups if needed, but since I recall the situation now it's not necessary for me. Unless you have evidence that you didn't say all that stuff, which I doubt, I don't know why this is still open.

I said I can take you to the city hall so you can renew your license and I had a gun pointed right at you you were obviously just delaying time to wait for the guy. Instead of just getting out of the car you kept talking and in the end you said something about breaking your window why would I do that you are supposed to get out and do what I say if I have a gun pointed at you.

I remember him saying in org for us to help he didn't kill the cop and I think he was in the middle of being arrested when one of org memers killed him I was not directly involved but it wasn't don that killed anyone. also he was on for around a hour after that situation or even longer.

I was not arresting him I was taking him to city hall so he could renew his license I told him he could not drive his own car without a license but he just kept refusing to get out.

well when hes in the back of a police car. I'm sure you can imagine what it would look like also do you know which org member did it ? considering baldrcik was in the back of your car he didn't kill you.
