Ban Reason:Breaking FearRP
Time of Occurrence: Not sure what time. but the evening.
Relevant Evidence: I got banned for breaking Fear RP when i thought it was justifiable time to attack when he wasn't looking at me. In my report, There was a video of a guy holding me gunpoint, but losing interest and shooting at a new friend i had met at the time, so i decided since his friend wasn't holding a gun on me, i could strike *LIKE IN REAL LIFE* when the attacker is not paying attention. This is my first offense ever, I've never dealt with any reports, any warns, or any reason on getting in trouble really because i tried to stay in my lane. Furthermore , Here is the video that was provided for the report, and a screenshot of the video of where his friend "HOLDING ME HOSTAGE" was Supposedly holding me gun point when he wasn't.

I honestly felt that i was wronged in this ban because in the rules it stated that "You must correctly follow FearRP when a situation calls for it, like when you are being held at gunpoint. Act like your character would in such a situation realistically." So i assumed it was an available striking time.
If you believe i'm wrong on this subject of self defense, i would love to be explained what i did wrong and exactly how i could of prevented it.
