I broke the fearRP rule, after reviewing the rules I see that you only need a minimum of two people to be placed under fearRP. At the time, I believed it was three, hence why I was looking back at the officer without a gun. I should have been more informed on this rule, I see where I am wrong and I want to apologize. I will accept the punishment that comes with this report.
