After further review I find the person to be in violation of the rules listed below:

• FearRP - The act of roleplaying fear as your character. This means that your character’s life is in danger and have to respond properly towards it.

The player didn't follow the fear rp rule as he acknowledged, that there were 3 weapons being pointed at him.
Player will receive 2 warning points for the infraction.
