Ban Reason: NITRP, VDM, Fail driving, LTAP
Unban Reason: I thought that what I was doing at the time would be a police issue and that I was allowed to do so as to force a confrontation with the police. However, after reading the rules that I apologize for not thoroughly reading beforehand, I understand what I did wrong. For the most part other than the listed incidents, I played for much longer without incident. Again I am sorry for the out of hand behavior, and for not handling it as I should have, and any lack of sincerity in my previous appeal posting.
