Relevant Evidence: 1. I rented out Kellog co. warehouse in order to make LSD. Later I heard a knock on my door, and unlocked my car, then the warehouse garage door, got into my car, and drove out. On the side of the road(across from the warehouse) I saw a parked red-black car and a guy with a makarov outside my door. I drove a little ways away while Samuel got into his car and drove away. I came back after he left to cook again and heard a car stop outside, so I backed up my car, and was ready to drive away again when Samuel picked the door open. As I drove forward, Samuel unloaded into my car with his makarov, so a turned and ran him over in defense. I saw outside that only his car was parked in front of my warehouse so I thought I was safe and Logged off to Go buy some groceries.
2. Earlier this week I got warning points for a similar event to this however I was in the wrong then because I was close to the door in a crafting screen and "minged my metal bench" and Ran back to my car as the mugger yelled at me to put my hands up. This case is different from the one that happened this morning because I was far from the front door and directly next to my car when Smauel enter my building.He gave no orders to me, and couldnt because I was driving forward when he crossed the threshold. The only thing he did was fire at me.
If Samuel has a video of the Incident like I'd like to see it as well since I Only have a screenshot of Smauel's dead body inside my warehouse because I thought I was I was in the clear.
