File premissions incompatibility

A description of your technical issue: Unable to join the server due to a message informing me that I have incompatible permissions, even though they are set to "Read and Modify" through linux.



Has it happened before?: No, I've been playing for a couple of days on linux without a problem, no major updates toreport.
Extraneous details/description: Linux PopOs! 21.04 on KDE plasma, game is installed on 2-nd drive used for Windows storage in NTFS format.

I haven't, have to use windows for monolith.

I had this problem, i used the factoryreset bat file for reset the whole gmod and it started working perfectly!

I've bypassed it, switched back to windows to play garry's mod since it's more stable. you can tag it as solved as it seems like Dr_Hsan's method works.
