I will own up to my own mistakes first, and explain what happened. I had created a macro using Razer Synapse to walk in a straight line so it made it easier to farm, I had done this out of pure laziness, however I was not doing it to level up; it was done to purely make coca leaves. I had told some of the members on the radio frequency about me using a macro to farm, and I was explaining to them how to do it when HockeyExpert was there, and he had heard all of the conversation. I will provide a screenshot of the macro as it is very simple, and anyone could do it with half a brain. Also to note, I was not using this to AFK farm. I was present at all times, and when HockeyExpert had teleported to me I was active on the radio; I was not taking advantage of me being AFK, I was always present when using the macro. I had used the macro about 6-7 times before switching to the +attack +right method.
I do not believe that a year ban for using and distributing a farming macro is very fair, considering it does not affect anyone else. It is the same as using +attack and +right to farm with, both are frowned down upon however a year ban for doing this in my opinion is very hefty. I have not served an hour of my ban yet, however if I get my way a reduced duration is what I want.
