What happened: The new updates regarding mod shop came out, and I bought the 200k engine upgrade for my ford raptor. As it didn't make my car any faster, but instead made it slower, I waited for it to get fixed before filling in a refund request.

A long time since this has passed since I haven't had the time to play at all due to school and other things. Since it's still not fixed I would like to get a refund for my ford raptor, so I can buy a new car.


How much do you need refunded: The engine upgrade was 200k, and all my other upgrades I had on my car were 42.5k since I bought them when the old mod shop with 8500 dollar upgrades was still around. I also had a custom licence plate and underglow on my car, so that is 20k and i beleive 35k Also the car, but im not sure what the price for that is, i think around 50k. In total that would be 347.5k I think. This number is so big because the car has no further use for me and is completly ruined.

After I changed the engine back the car still runs at 40mph, while this used to be 60.

You can get the engine refunded because this is a glitch the rest you will have to do in-game.

How do you mean by the rest you will have to do in game? The car is useless since it only goes 40 mph. Do i have to contact a senior admin ingame? @Kweezeee

What @Kweezeee is saying is that the only thing that we can refund for in this occasion would be the engine of this vehicle. If you wanted to get a new car or anything of that such the work would have to be done in game for it by you.

Ok I understand, but due to this bug/glitch my car is totally useless since it’s really slow at the moment. That’s why I asked for all the extra refunds in the first place, so that I can rebuy the car so that it functions properly again. If that’s not possible I would love the money back that i spend on the engine, and take the 150k loss.
