What happened: I was robbing bank and we were pulling up to the waterfall and some random kid (Who was not a cop) as soon as we jumped out to go sell he came and ran us all over without even saying a word and we all lost our money we just robbed from bank.

What do you need refunded: 1 Small Stack, 3 Large Stacks.

Can My buddys bags be refunded i bought them and they all got killed by the same guy aswell i do have a screenshot of the bags and shit they had. I spent alot on 4 normal bags so it would be nice to get them back

I can confirm that the following happened:

They were run over whilst not being on a road or anywhere cars should be (down in the river valley in Pine County). The involved civilian had no intent on a counter-raid as they simply drove off. Identity of the civilian was unknown yet the bag wasn't taken, it just despawned.

You have failed to provide any evidence for this request to be moved through, as shimax stated he can not confirm stating the following:

I cannot confirm their situation as such, and they'll need to produce the videos and evidence in refund requests of their own.

As for your friend I can not give a second-hand report he will have to make a separate Player Report on the player that you believe RDM him. Without any proof, I can not take your work for the events that have occurred and issued a refund. Please submit any further evidence of the situation you have, however, based on what shimax has stated he can confirm

If this is true, then this does not warrant a refund request as you where simply hit and run, if a rule was broken evidence must be submitted.

You will have 48 hours to respond or this request will be denied and closed due to lack of supporting evidence.

I’m not able to have access to my PC till Thursday I do have a video clip which I can post when I have access to it. It was intentional we pulled up into the valley and a white car was sitting there assuming they were selling drugs we went to try and sell our bags to get our money from the bank we just robbed he pulled up when we stopped and got out of the car he just ran all of us over and took off, No words were said nothing just straight up VDM then, If you keep this open till Thursday I will be able to show you that he just straight up ram as over as soon as we jumped out and this kid was not a detective. No cops were even at the bank robbery when we did it, I’m pretty sure Shimax did say something about him being just a normal civilian, Then I’m pretty sure he logged because shimax got there almost instantly after I reported it and he couldn’t find the guy or the car that ran us over. When my buddies did get out I was the first one to die they said he looked new to the game and I’m guessing by the car he was driving he was new. @tazdevil335

I don’t get how that would be a hit and run it was intentional to try and piss us off he swerved right into us and Killed us all on purpose he jumped out then I’m guessing he tried looting us but since it was VDM you don’t lose your shit that’s what shimax told me. Then he got in his car and left which I did not get on video I only got when we pulled up to the dropoff zone and us getting out of the car and him just running us over. And why are you saying it’s a hit and run it was an attempt at VDM if I were to go around running people over in the valley then leaving I would be brought into a sit and probably banned for VDM.

I understand the situation a little better now, however, this request is for refunded items for a rule break, however on this type of request I can not give fill out a Player Report. And since shimax can not confirm this you must make a player report regarding this situation so that a member of the report management team can determine if the situation is void or not. Without the situation being approved by a staff member to be void I can not process this refund request. Please make a Player Report first, and then pending the results you can re-open this refund request and I would be more then happy to help.
