I can confirm Franklin's side. After I concluded the sit and determined he lost his weapon without reason, the players involved didn't have the firearm nor did the confiscation locker.

He had lost his firearm after a player tazed him even though he had a weapon drawn on him, for context on the situation that had transpired.
