There is nothing in the rules that says you cannot scam so i'm confused on how i'm banned from scamming when it says nothing in the rules about it all it says is "Commercial use of virtual assets in-game is reserved to Monolith Servers alone. For example, you may not trade in-game money for actual real money or vice versa. The one allowed exception is trading a purchase of Premium Membership for in-game value - however, we do not recommend such a trade since there is a risk that you may get scammed. We do not assume any responsibility for such a trade with another player.". Doesn't say anything about you can't.

Even though the rules state it is a risky trade, we do not allow scam within the community. You scammed @40K for a premium membership and that is not allowed whatsoever as it is against the law and the rules. If a scam is proven to be true, like in this case, we will punish the scammer(s) accordingly.
That said, your ban will remain in place and you will give @40K the money you owe him, the 125000$ you were supposed to give him after he purchased a premium membership for you.
