What happened: I was surrendered by an armed player, he got into my garage, robbed my fridge and flask holder. A few minutes later I found that was not allowed, since the fridge isn't an illegal item.

What do you need refunded: Fridge and flask holder.

@DanMurray If this took place in your own property it'd be a raid and would be allowed.

You cannot be mugged on the street for that stuff, though.

I wasn't mugged, he picked it up from my garage, it was placed down.

Your refund request has been denied.

Reason: Due to the item being placed down or deployed inside of your garage, and not in your inventory, it cannot be considered a mugging. It is in fact a raid by definition as he entered your property with a weapon, and took an item you had deployed within that property. It would be un-allowed if you were directly mugged and he had asked you to drop it from your inventory. This however does not seem to be the case, and due to that, a refund cannot be issued for it.
