Good afternoon,

Having reviewed the evidence provided in depth, I have come to the following conclusion:

The first impact that triggered everything appears to be understeer, which is very easy to do especially at the high speeds that the skyline was going at the time. The fact that he couldn't see you until it was too late proves that this is unlikely to have been intentional.

The grey area comes as when he's attempting to drive away in which he crashes into the car again. This falls dangerously close to faildriving, even had he seen your gun which is unlikely at this point.

You begin shooting him, therefore every impact he made against you from that point onwards is him defending himself in accordance with rule 2.2.3 as outlined below:

Vehicle Deathmatch is not allowed without a proper reason. You may use your vehicle as a weapon if you or a befriended life is in immediate danger.

Ultimately, the evidence provided shows that while the VDM was valid as well as the initial impact, the way that fridge attempted to get away was questionable.
He hit you twice after first hitting you, the second time he likely noticed your gun. The first time however is not as easy to explain and therefore will be treated as fail driving.

As you had already pulled a gun and made your decision, this hit had very little to do with the situation therefore, fridge will be receiving a verbal warning for fail driving as it had very little effect. The rest of this can be treated as a traffic accident and/or an overreaction to the situation on your part.
