?? I gave you a 2 weeks weapon blacklist for RDM? you didnt give the guy enough time to stop spinning? it even says in your notes that you got blacklisted for rdm. It takes me more than 3 seconds to open console and type +right - right.

Considering you knew he was afk farming and you decided to mug him could be considered power gaming, which is another rule break in of itself. (similar to going up to a fresh spawn at townhall and mugging him even though he just spawned in).

You tried using the fact that he was breaking rules to mask your rule break and justify what you did. When I told you that you are not allowed to take matters into your own hands regarding a rule break like this you went and told me "well then maybe you should do your job". Staff disrespect much?

Maybe if you weren't so frag hungry we wouldn't be in this situation.

Its simple, dont break the rules and you wont get punished.

I agree with the punishment assessed by friskiemar here.

I don't understand why you needed to both appeal and report him, when an appeal would suffice if you were looking for lower time on the blacklist, it seems this was fueled purely by the fact you are losing your weapons for a significant period of time, given your previous offenses and also how you got to this point, I would not be surprised either.

You don't kill people who are AFK farming, because "well I was mugging them!!!" In fact, you should have reported them so they could have been warned for AFK farming in the first place, you killing them knowing full well they could not have complied at all is in fact RDM and a misuse of weapons.

Yet another report that I have to conclude with the same conclusion, there is no misuse of powers by friskiemar here, he was simply doing his job. If you feel like the time is harsh, appeal it.

Rare that these are overruled, but we have decided to overrule this judgement. @friskiemar was incorrect to blacklist in this instance. People who are AFK may be killed if a valid mugging is initiated and they can't respond due to being AFK. Essentially, they are fully responsible for going AFK. @Immigrant will be removed from the blacklist. This is an important principle to affirm, since it removes perverse incentives for people to pretend being AFK, and it is also reasonable since: A) AFK-farming is not allowed, B) Rule-based AFK-protections hinders other people's RP such as muggings.
