Reason for Report: Staff Abuse during a raid

To give context of the very start, I was raiding @friskiemar and I lock picked the front door and side door. I noticed my car was far from the house so I try moving it closer and I notice friskie in the bottom right of my screen and had a glimpse of him no clipping to check if I was still raiding. In the video you can clearly see frame by frame that he cloaked for a second but I lost visual of him when he unclocked but its very clear. If you need the whole video prior to this situation you can freely ask me in a DM.

I suspected you were on raid timer and I wanted to make get names down to keep in my notes. Simple as that.

Should I mention the in character player targeting that took place all night last night while I was rping? You literally followed me around all night last night and all I was doing was showing a new player the ropes.

You had Boris sit in front of my base the entire time you were on raid timer. You used 3rd person to confirm where I lived.

Clearly it was not an abuse of powers I was simply getting names down to make sure there wasn’t a rule break. I didn’t use that information to my advantage and I didn’t meta game.

If any staff member wants a longer more detailed explaination I’d love to let you know.

How can you say we player targeted and followed you when you have been on duty all night. If you suspected us of breaking raid timer you could have waited till the situation was over and come check our logs. If all of your windows were blocked by fridges in your base how could you possibly have known if GS9 was raiding your base or some other raiding party there was no way you could have known it was GS9 unless you were on our freq or no clipping watching us. NOTE if you had a gun you would have had a huge advantage on us by no clipping as you would've known our exact locations. Since when did hunting down an enemy of your organization become a rule break in terms of "player targeting", if that's the case then any time we engage an enemy organization through raid/mug, we're in violation of some convoluted and vague rule.

He was not on duty all night, when @Shiblamo, @DystopianRaven and I were on the server near the server restart I was the only staff on duty and I gave @HODL 2 WP’s for Metagaming, breaking character, and staff disrespect against @friskiemar.

No clipping in order to note down names in case of rule breaking is not allowed. Staff are meant to wait till an situation is over with to properly handle any punishments. You claim you spent all night roleplaying; give if this is the case you shouldn’t be performing staff duties while role playing. You’re using powers that aren’t available to non ranked members, again using these powers to your advantage in order to see how many people were raiding you along with what the gang is. You can’t claim you’re roleplaying while using administrative powers this is a contradictive situation. If you feel rules were broken you should’ve waited for them to happen then handled it

The situation was over as far as I was concerned. Sparrow had taken my fridge. Unziptied me. And hopped into his car. And you guys knew it was me cause I could hear your little radio beeps while you guys were outside in ur cars on the opposite side of the base using third person to peak inside. I was in the backyard when I realized I was about to be raided and you were peaking in using 3rd person. I didn’t use no clip to figure out who was about to raid me and if I was about to be raided. I used noclip after the situation. Was over in order to jot down names.

Literally one window was blocked by fridges. Every other window was visibly open.

After the situation with HODL he came up to you guys in front of town hall and continued to talk shit to you, shiba, and Boris.

You guys followed me from car dealership. Followed me as I spawned my car. Followed me as I picked up my friend. Waited for me across the street while I was at super market. Followed me at premium locker in suburbs, Boris suspiciously sitting in your car not saying a word to me for a good 5-10 mins (there is something I’d like to say about this to community management) you were minging. Then later baited me into engaging you after you hopped into my car so you could kill me WHILE you were cop baiting. Y’all just strutting around with primaries on your back in front of Mel’s diner. I told you to get out of my car 3 times and you didn’t get out. You had no intention to steal it or Hotwire it. You just sat in my drivers seat. Dystopian gm1003 and youngj can vouche for this. Sparrow continuously harassing me in LOOC.

These claims are absurd, I never 3rd person peaked over the fence, if that was the case you should’ve handled that situation, but you did not. You also said you noted down our names Incase rules were broke , now you claim a rule was broken, why was that never brought up until valid proof of you no clipping was exposed. We never entered your property while you no clipped. The theft of your vehicle was a complete different situation, and off topic to the matter at hand. Odd you mention Mel’s diner, there was a raid recently completed there is the reason we had guns on us. So far these responses have been just a bunch of accusations of us

I do not feel like any staff powers should have been used in this situation, I am not sure of why you flickered your noclip for names, we should never be flickering in and out of noclip to see who is where unless we're in a staff sit.

If we need names, it's not hard to record like any normal player does, and make a report and another staff can look through logs. Using noclip in that situation, even with non-abusive intentions, can put you in the wrong in these situations, and it can in fact look wrong.

friskiemar will be spoken to, and any additional steps to correct this will be assessed during this talk with friskiemar, and for transparency, if any further steps are taken or adjusted then my post will be modified or decision reversed.
