Evidence to support your claim Friskemar banned me for rdm and fail raid that day. When I was playing that day, I never equipped a gun or killed anyone (to my knowledge). He false banned me and also was super unfair. He also banned me for fail raid even though the mayor admitted to snitching on the people involved but it seems to me that this staff member targets player in orgs that are big or dislikes. The only proof Is that you guys check logs and see that I never equipped a weapon in that day of playing. Thank you.

Why haven't you even tried to appeal this ban first? The fact you automatically assume friskie is immediately in the wrong, when he has the ability to reverse his decision and ban on you, and also can counsel you and explain to you his verdict, I don't get why this was your first resort, but I am not gonna say this is in the wrong entirely. Just confused why not try appealing first.

Both you and your friend were banned for raiding the townhall when the mayors rating was well above 50%. I asked you why you raided and killed him and your excuse was simply because he had said "shots fired at townhall". You confirmed to me that he never identified you or anything like that. You simply killed him for saying shots fired at townhall. Which in of itself is not a kill worthy thing to do. With that being said, you and your friend argued with me the entire sit and would not admit to your mistakes.

Moving on, why was there even shots being fired at townhall anyways? There was no reason for you to be shooting at townhall in the first place.

Because you had no reason to raid townhall, kill the mayor, or even start shooting at townhall. You were punished.

I don't see the issue here, honestly.

If you broke the rules, you get punished. If what friskie said is true, then I mean, I do not see the issue? Why did you wait so long to report this? Why did you not appeal this first?

I'd understand if you appealed this as soon as it happened, and then in the appeal he did a poor job at handling it or whatever, but the fact you waited so long is giving me poor vibes on this.
