Reason for Report: Player Targeting, Trimming evidence to intentionally get me punished.

Evidence to support your claim:
Here is a short backstory of my side of the story to explain everything that happening during the entirety of the time-frame. So basically me and my org member Max were cruising around downtown and we hopped out our vehicle at Townhall cause Max needed to pick something up from the premium box. As Max was inside his premium box, some completely random guy walks up with a Makarov and shoots three people at Townhall for absolutely no reason, and one of those three people happened to unfortunately be my buddy max. After Max dealing with the situation Via an Admin Sit, he proceeds to mention on the radio, "Yo uhh who has my stuff?" because he didn't manage to retrieve the lost items yet, and I reply to him in these exact words... "Max, I got it, the guy MassRdmed the server".

In no intention did I want to start killing people for no reason, I've been playing on this server for almost 2 years now with only about 3 minor punishments and about 1000 hours invested into the server. Where my concern comes into play is Friskiemar constantly wanting to punish people in GS9 trying to tarnish their reputation and the reputation of our organization for absolutely no reason.

In the following two video's I'm going to present the real video of the backstory compared to the one that Friskiemar had presented to PMX to try and get me permabanned for "Malicious Intent" by conveniently trimming the video to make me look like the bad guy in the situation. I will mention the key points to take into consideration.

All in all, I never had any intentions of doing any harm to the server and was unfortunately forcefully put upon this situation for absolutely no reason, and I truly believe that we are constantly being targeted by this staff member hens why hes always spying on us inside our frequency finding the smallest reason to lay a punishment on us, and before I let staff come up with a conclusion I have one simple question that needs to be answered, If friskie ACTUALLY heard me say I was going to Mass RDM shouldn't he have banned me on the spot?

Additional members involved/witnessing: @PMX ?...He was the one that realized that the accusation was completely false.

Probably why he asked before anything happened, we always verify intention before issuing punishments. We do not tolerate Mass RDM nor the threat of it(and before you get your hair in a knot, I am not accusing you of this obviously).

I reply to him in these exact words... "Max, I got it, the guy MassRdmed the server".

To be fair it took me 5 listens to hear that, the in-game mic quality is rubbish and it isn't clear what is said, but I did in fact here what you said here or something close to it.

I'll await friskie's reply, but I do feel like this is being blown out of proportion to a degree.

I showed pmx the whole video. But he couldn’t hear anything so for times sake I just clipped the part where I heard him say “I’m going to mass rdm the server”. Both me and pmx heard it that way. Then when he started explaining his side things started to make sense. I’m not entirely sure why this is even a staff report. PMX will tell you the way this went down. All I hear is “Max I got it I’m going to mass RDM the server” and even in the video you can see me stop what I’m doing and save the instant replay. This is all literally a misunderstanding.

This is a frivolous staff report with no basis other than an isolated situation which was twisted and misconstrued to make me look like the bad guy.

As for targeting GS9 I’m going to say what I’ve always said. I don’t target you guys. End of story. Nothing more to it. It’s all in your head my guys. I’m just doing my job.

I explained what happened ingame to you, in the sit after the server crashed. He missunderstood what you said.

It took me sometime to understand what you were actually saying in the video aswell.
