Reason for Report: So a guy was going around saying people were hitting him and demanding money, So when was running around blocking people so I tazzed him 1x, Then a 1min or 2 later they were blocking me and herassing me so I tazzed him and when to detain but another officer did it, About 1 min lated I was demoted handcuffed and arested by stewart with out he say any word his reason was you tazzed him six time (lie) and dident give him insurance. after I was released and making this report Ive found he as left so IDK if he just become the job to demote cops or what. he never said anything to me when I was asking him all the way till he arested me, I was also told he stole my TV from PD lobby which is FRP. I also believe there is a 2 strike system chief are ment to use which was not used.

edit: I also believe some staff abuse was used as to get my name and to find I’ve tazzed a guy he has used the server log when in an RP situation to use in Rp which I believe is Admin abuse as If he has just believed the guy being an idiot and not spoken to anyone and just demoted me and arrested me is not just stupid but really job abuse in the best term as his job as well as commanding the point it is to find what’s happened when officers involved. I was told but the very kind mod who did my sit that he had taken my TV which if he was police chief then it’s FRP (I have bean given the TV back as it was the like 20k one . Or that’s what I payed for it anyway off the NPC

When I saw officers were trying to tazze you so I hit you bc they were bad so that was helping an officer for what ever reason they had IDK, second the other one was bc you were in may face having ago saying I had to pay you I tried to move but could as you were blocking me so you were tazzed and an officer said they were aresting you if that happened IDK. Also if you were thinking I was abuse why not just asked me instead of doing what you were doing and I would have happily have said but you never asked, I also fell like you unprofessional in handling tickets as when making a report about it which I had put it on a plant pot you said thats Stewart has it and when I asked can I have it back you say nothing, so you were no better than Stewart in that point the mod that I spoke to actually came and spoke to me about what happened and told me thing all you two did was he left that game after doing it or not long after and you answered a ticket when RPing so your not bothered in my eyes .

but when tazzed officer where trying to or were speaking to you when I tazzed you so in my eyes they were all lawful.

I believe you only saw a fraction of what was happening and changed jobs to deal with it instead of contacting or dealing with it out of rp you joined the police and decided to demote me , I be leave that is job abuse, as you never asked me anything at all when I was lawfully with the tazze, as you just demoted me hand cuffed me and arrested me, I also know this as less than a minute before my arrest the highest staff on police was an assistant chief before the last shot I did. If you think that was ok the fine, but you to handle that with your rank as well was unprofessional and all I can say it stupid as if I remember correctly a number of report included in one from me about the conduct and abuse nature of the chief before you magically joined was questioning and stupid. I would like to also know what you mean by PD recorded bc if I’m getting something stupid like a ban for tazing someone there something wrong there. I have no idea what made you say this for your viewing pleasure but what ever you implying your very bad at it as I’ve never said nor done that for anyone’s pleasure. When asking for detail he was not wanting mine as I had done nothing to him he was what I can gather demanding money from officer bc of what was claimed to be a hit and run but could not be proven by both side or evidence was not known to police investigation which I was contacting at the time.

all I can say is that if you thing someone abusing a job you talk to them not change job and deal with it your self bc you can’t be assed to complain or talk to them which was very clear as you never attempted to answer any questions asked by me or another officer, clear you just joined to have the entertainment of demoting and aresting someone instead of doing or administer role and talking to me about it, you had no-intent to do so as well as jacub in no attempt to ask about it or talk to me or other officer about what’s going on but to continue what you were doing trying to provoke other officer to keep tazzing you bc you were being stupid, it’s not my problem that bc you want something todo you go and cause something with police and then start complaining to them and try and scrap money off them, that not my problem but when it goes for being a pain to obstruction and other elements then clear your going to get tazzed, it not the first time I’ve had a ticket with you jacub and you have said one thing and other, and then said or done nothing and or closed a ticket but this time I closed it as I can not be assed to wait 5-6 minutes + for an answer of a member of staff dealing with a ticket and is to busy messing about trying to what I can say as scamming random police out of money.

Now adding that he is not very respectful and not willing to talk to people asking very basic questions and shown here in this report the report was made bc at the time I believe he abuse now that was cleared, but when tried to speak to said member he is very unfriendly and unprofessional as if you where join to ask questions and be dismissed and voided like the questions are not there then yes but when an Appel confused about a blacklist he was very unfriendly and unprofessional in his Appel answer and on discord amassingly still not answering a dead simple question and was asked being call a lie and the like I think is very unprofessional i clear am awear now what happened and the like but you clear are very unprofessional by not speaking to me, blanking me out till I made the said Appel then you decided to answer. If your not going to treat me with respect when I’m trying to have a nice talk to you the that’s completely unprofessional.

I am frustrated and curt because you again tased a man three times without reason and were then demoted and arrested for battery and misconduct lawfully along with the other officer responsible, who quite rightfully accepted the actions against him.

You have since complained in OOC, make a serverside report, PMed me, made a blacklist appeal, made a staff report and DMed me on discord throughout this process, taking up nearly two hours of my time overall, for something that is so blatantly illegal and a fault on your part. The inability to accept responsibility and respect others baffles me beyond belief.

I'm willing to talk to people with whom talking will sustain a positive outcome. However, you deep fried a man's nervous system and proceeded to contact me more times than Domino's Pizza after an order about your punishment. There is nothing I can say that will help you understand that you broke, and I followed both the letter and spirit of the law and rules. Communication goes two ways.

Also I'm sure every criminal main on the server will agree with my statements above, along with fellow staff members. Our team inadvertently gave police officers the benefit of the doubt in sits and reports, and this lead to an unkempt and institutionally corrupt PD. The way we need to fix this is by firm and equal punishment for those who fail to meet the PD's high standards, and then providing good leadership to those who do.

This is an abuse of you position as a cop and a valid reason to demote you.
You were charged with illegal use of force which in a serious case like this is an arrest-able offense.

So no rules were broken when @StewartJames fired and arrested you.

With regards to the discord messages you posted, I honestly don’t see how he is being offensive or disrespectful towards you.
On the other hand I see you insulting him plenty of times in this thread by, among other things, saying he is stupid and calling him brain dead.
Insulting other people on the forums is not allowed, regardless if they are staff or not so keep this in mind.

I’m chalking your rude verbiage up to English not being your first language so you will not be punished for it.
If English is your first language then I apologize for assuming wrongly and may God smite your teacher for their failings.

To conclude my unnecessarily long winded response (I’m merely doing this for my own entertainment), your staff report is denied due to no wrongdoing being shown on the part of @StewartJames
