After reviewing the provided evidence, I found the accussed player to have broken the following rules:

Cop Baiting - Intentionally running in front of your car in order to provoke a specific reation from you for no reason

RDM - Shooting and killing you for no reason

Fail RP - Actions done were not realistic on his part

As a result, he will be receiving a one day weapons blacklist.
