I saw in the video at 3 minutes that i only fired shots when he was out of range of the hostage and no longer had a gun held to the hostage, he never once fired a shot and i dont believe i even came close to damaging the hostage. I was also part of an admin sit with @Space Cowboy on that same day with the hostage and the admin cleared me for what happened. I dont think i did anything wrong thats bannable or punishable.

In real life, the criminal could easily aim his gun to the hostage and shot him dead. Therefore you were not valuing the hostages life.

As far as I know, the sit was postponed because evidence wasn't available yet.

After rewatching the video I changed my mind.
You clearly shot the suspect while he was behind the hostage.

Lying in your ban appeal never works out, don't bother re-appealing. Denied
