Game Crash

My game has been crashing every day for the past few weeks, mainly during the afternoon / night. Sometimes I will be able to get into the game and walk around a little bit then it crashes or it will crash the instant I join the game, sometimes not at all. I have reinstalled gmod, cs source textures and all the workshop content but this is still happening, is there any suggestions on what I should do?

Your computer is more than fine, it's plausible for these reasons:

- Bad files, just verify your files (Verify how to?)
- Delete and clear all add-ons within the game, then redownload the content (how to clear) and (MonoRP Content Pack)
- Check for any viruses or other forms of programs that may be dangerous (Malwarebytes)
- Disable Xbox Game Bar, and Discord Overlay, as these two may cause problems together, or individually (Disable Game Bar or Disable Discord OL)
- There could be a few other things like allocating more in your Virtual Memory, or even other iterations of problems going along with your GMod/Windows alone.
