Mark said in the last community meeting that meth will not be coming as its not a priority to the Monolith team and furthermore it was extremely hard to balance.
Developers are having a hard time balancing it. According to mark, it isn't worth the effort as he can use the time to implement more important features and we most likely wont be seeing meth within mono.
