Request Reason: [RDM, NITRP, FailRP, Breaking NLR, Avoiding a sit until the staff member handling the sit got off] The reported person got killed at hospital due to us having KOS. 8 minutes after his death, he started shooting at Tonny Alcapone without any type of interaction, then he came over to the car i was sitting in and he proceeded to magdump me for no reason. A sit was made that @Afash was handling. The reported person got brought, but he was "afking". Four hours later, he came back when Afash wasn't online anymore.
I believe the person didnt have any type of intention to roleplay as he just ran up on Tonny and started shooting him, I also believe this is FailRP, because no one would just start shooting 3 specific people, or shooting anyone randomly at all

Not involved but I'd like to point out that prior to them privating their profile their account showed brand new with no games but GMod, I'm pretty sure this is an alt account.

Do you have any additionally video evidence in relation to this:

If you do have any additional video evidence from when the first situation took place to the second situation, then please submit.

I sadly don't have video evidence of that, but it should be in damage logs considering he was shot and killed. The only video evidence i have was submitted in the: "Your evidence to support your claim" section.

I will be denying your player report for the following reasons:
- Insufficient evidence, the video does not show the full extent of the (build up) situation and only shows you being shot. In future, submit a video that shows the previous situation and current as it is not clear enough.
